Job Description

                    . They are looking to hire a commercially minded Legal Counsel to support a broad range of aircraft leasing and financing transactions across international markets.
This role offers excellent exposure to complex cross-border deals, working closely with senior stakeholders across legal, commercial, technical and finance teams.

 Key responsibilities include:
 Supporting leasing, sale and financing transactions from start to close
 Drafting and negotiating transaction documentation
 Providing practical legal advice aligned with commercial objectives
 Managing external counsel and assisting on compliance matters
 Key Requirements: 
 Irish or UK qualified solicitor
 2 - 4 years’ PQE with experience in aviation, asset finance or structured finance
 Commercially astute with strong drafting and stakeholder management skills
