As HotelRunner, We're looking for a great Legal Counsel ready to take on some serious hacking for our Izmir R&D Office.


About the job








+ Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, vendor, partnership, and service contracts.
+ Provide legal support on day-to-day business activities, ensuring compliance with local and international laws.
+ Advise internal teams (Sales, HR, Product, etc.) on legal risks and regulatory obligations.
+ Prepare legal documentation related to disciplinary procedures in collaboration with the HR department, ensuring alignment with labor laws and internal policies.
+ Manage and coordinate litigation and dispute resolution processes, including tracking deadlines, preparing documentation, and liaising with external counsel.
+ Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting the tech industry, including data protection (GDPR/KVKK), intelle...
