Legal Counsel - Land Due Diligence for Terra Solar project

The Legal Counsel – Land Due Diligence for Meralco Terra Solar Project will support all land-related legal and due diligence activities for the Meralco Terra Solar Project. The role ensures that land parcels are legally compliant, risks are identified and managed, and documentation is complete and ready for project development. This position requires a licensed Philippine lawyer with solid experience in property law, land titling, right-of-way, and infrastructure or energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Land Due Diligence & Risk Assessment

• Conduct legal due diligence on project land parcels, including:
• Title verification (TCT/CCT), encumbrances, liens, easements, and annotations
• Identification of overlapping claims, adverse possession, informal settlers, and ancestral domain concerns
