The Legal Counsel is accountable serve as the legal authority for the corporation. As a member of SaskPower’s management team, this position is responsible to provide legal services to the Corporation and its subsidiaries; ensuring the maximum protection of legal rights and to maintain operations within the limits prescribed by legislation while aligning departmental efforts with SaskPower’s strategic goals and objectives.
