ACG_3632_JOB Our client is a leading bank in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm: 1. Propose, participate in developing and finalizing, and organize the implementation of internal processes, rules, and regulations related to the functions and responsibilities of the Department and Division. Complete/provide comments to finalize documents in accordance with regulations. Ensure that management and operational decisions comply with applicable laws and the Companys regulations and are consistent with domestic and international market practices. 2. Participate in developing and implementing the work plans and activities of the Department/Division. 3. Provide advice on legal matters and draft/review contracts and transaction documents for the customer segment managed by the Department.
