• Provide E2E legal support across commercial, corporate, regulatory, employment and compliance matters.
• Manage and optimize external legal partners, ensuring cost efficiency and consistency (law firms, individual consultants, tax experts, etc).
• Enable commercial goals while safeguarding the company from legal risks.
