Providing comprehensive legal guidance to support the company’s corporate strategy and ensure alignment with legal and regulatory standards.

Lead legal due diligence and contract negotiations for M&A and investment transactions.

Support the management team with strategic growth efforts.

Draft and counsel on business-related agreements.

Develop templates, policies, and best practices.
