Legal Counsel

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Legal Counsel to support our growing operations across Southeast Asia. Based in our Malaysia regional hub, you will be the primary legal advisor for multiple markets in the region, with a strong focus on corporate transactions, strategic partnerships, and day-to-day commercial legal matters. This role is ideal for a proactive lawyer with solid M&A or joint venture experience who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-border business environment.

Responsibilities:
Transactional & Corporate Support (Primary Focus)

• Lead and manage end-to-end legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and strategic investments across Southeast Asia.
• Structure, draft, negotiate, and advise on joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, and other partnership arrangements.
