Job Description

We are currently looking for a (an):

Legal Counsel (m/f/x)

Main duties:

Draft/review and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, with a particular focus on transportation agreements, IT agreements, services agreements, maintenance agreements and marketing agreements
Provide legal advice and recommendations on a large variety of legal topics (. transport law, commercial law, consumer law, IT/IP law, Insurance law, labour law, data protection law)
Manage disputes and claims with third parties
Manage the relationships with law firms
Monitor, manage and draft template agreements and group policies
Develop and provide legal and compliance training to the business
Assist, coordinate and give advice in various projects
Administration and contract management
Occasionally give support to other team members
