Legal Counsel (m/f/x)

Overview

We are looking for a Legal Counsel with 5–8 years of experience to support our expanding European operations. The role focuses on procurement and commercial contracts , general corporate legal support , and cross-border coordination with Group headquarters in China .

This is a hands-on in-house position in a fast-growing renewable energy sector , working closely with procurement, business and other cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of procurement agreements , including framework agreements, equipment and component procurement, warehouse service, logistics, transportation and services contracts.
