Job Description

Our client is to cooperate on engaging in the provision of digital credit and settlement services for “Smart Financial Solution” to serve the best financial solutions to all users with ease of use and accessibility by emphasizing digitalization in the company’s platform. 
Job Responsibilities
Providing legal advice to business executives regarding business transactions to mitigate risks in potential transactions.
Monitoring of legal updates regarding the company business and internal regulations including delegation of authority.
Consulting and handling all corporate legal processes including corporate filing documents, license applications, minutes of meetings, etc.
Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.
Reviewing new business agreements and schemes.
Researching, anticipating, and guarding the company against legal risks.
Coordinating with outside lawyers from time to time...
