Legal Counsel, MSI

This is an agency‑hired role supporting the Legal & Compliance function for Boehringer Ingelheim Malaysia Singapore Indonesia cluster. The successful candidate will be employed by the agency and assigned to Boehringer Ingelheim Malaysia. This role is not a direct employment with Boehringer Ingelheim.

**THE POSITION**

+ Be part of the Legal & Compliance function for the Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia cluster operating unit (“MSI OPU”), with accountability for coordinating all legal & compliance activities for the MSI businesses.
+ Act as Business Partner to various MSI businesses/functions and Group Functions to support and advance business goals by providing legal governance and compliance advice, while ensuring all applicable internal SOPs and external laws, regulations, and standards/requirements are met.
