Job Description
We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our Commercial Legal Team - EMEA, with a focus on supporting client work (commercial and public sector) in the Nordics.
What you’ll do:
Negotiate contract terms and conditions with Gartner clients, both commercial and public sector, based on standard Gartner agreement documents and on Clients’ own paperwork as required.
Advise on legal issues and risks, approval processes, company policies and procedures
Maintain a close, highly collaborative relationship partners across a broad array of teams, including Sales, Consulting, Global Contracts Team and within Legal & Compliance
When required, provide assistance to other Legal & Compliance team members for matters requiring regional expertise or language skills
Support internal training
Ensure corporate governance
Support with annual financial reporting
