About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and commercially oriented Legal Counsel to provide high-quality legal advice and support across the organisation. Reporting to the Chief of Finance, Commercial and Shared Services, with a functional connection to the CEO, this role is the primary in-house legal contact and works closely with teams across the business to support strong commercial outcomes and sound decision-making.
As the sole legal practitioner, you will manage a varied workload—including commercial contracting, equipment hire agreements, procurement arrangements, property leases, dispute matters, and compliance requirements. You will also help maintain and improve the organisation’s legal and governance frameworks, ensuring we meet our regulatory obligations and operate with confidence.
