Legal Counsel

We are a Chinese-listed company establishing our Singapore presence and are seeking an experienced, commercially minded Legal Counsel to build and lead our local legal function from the ground up.

This is a high-impact, standalone role where you will act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders—shaping the company's legal, contractual, and compliance framework while supporting rapid business growth in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end legal advice across commercial, operational, and regulatory matters under Singapore law
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts (customers, suppliers, logistics, NDAs, etc.)
• Establish legal templates, policies, governance, and compliance frameworks for the Singapore entity
