Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage legal, regulatory, and compliance risks in banking, payments/ digital assets; assess transactions, structures, and new initiatives; advise on evolving laws and regulations.

Draft, negotiate, and update agreements with clients, fintech partners, and service providers; maintain templates and guidelines for payments / digital asset products.

Handle investigations, complaints, and litigation; support regional projects and promote risk awareness across payments / digital initiatives.
