About the Role

FUJIFILM Philippines Inc. is looking for a highly motivated, commercially minded, and solutions-oriented Legal Counsel to support the company’s operations across its business divisions, including healthcare, imaging, business innovation, information technology, and corporate services.

The role will provide practical and strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders, support commercial and regulatory matters, manage legal risks, and ensure compliance with applicable Philippine laws, industry regulations, and FUJIFILM global policies. The successful candidate is expected to work closely with management, business units, regional counterparts, and external counsel in a fast-paced multinational environment.

This position is ideal for a lawyer with strong commercial contracting, compliance, labor, and corporate advisory experience who can balance legal protection with business practicality
