• Prepare, review, negotiate, and draft legal documents, contracts, agreements, together with the supporting documents/
• Work with contracts, identifying risks/issues, contract compliance, contract advisory and interpretation.
• Answer contract related inquiries and prepare any related agreements
• Represent company's interests in negotiations with partners, suppliers and clients.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Verify internal clients' compliance with company's policies and internal procedures
