Job Description

The Legal Counsel function plays a critical role in supporting the organization by providing comprehensive legal advice to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. It oversees the entire contract lifecycle—from initiation to renewal—ensuring contracts are effectively managed for optimal performance. By working closely with leadership, the legal team helps develop and implement corporate legal strategies that align with business goals.
