Legal Counsel- Property

Executive agency seeks a Property Counsel for high profile ongoing project.

The agency is leading on a programme of national significance and requires a property lawyer to advise on a wide range of commercial deals.

You will provide a full range of property advice to internal stakeholders, including the below –

-Acquisition and disposal of high value commercial, residential and agricultural properties

-Granting and taking leasehold interests

-L&T matters

You will be based in the central London office three days per week, with the option for home working for the remainder.
