The Opportunity

The Legal Counsel will specialize in contract management and will support the Legal function by providing day‑to‑day legal assistance across a range of corporate, commercial, and operational matters. The role is well‑suited for a lawyer with approximately two years of post‑call experience who is seeking to build strong in‑house exposure in a dynamic, multi‑jurisdictional organization. Working with the Legal team, the Legal Counsel will work closely with internal stakeholders to help manage legal risk, support compliance, and enable business operations.

This is a newly created role intended to support the continued expansion of our Legal team. The position is initially offered as a one‑year fixed‑term contract and is based at our head office in Vaughan, Ontario.
