Job Description In this role you will work closely with business teams for product development such as supporting marketing and sales solutions for digital products This role will support cross-border transactions with regulatory advice You will support business teams with various commercial agreements such as finance and technology contracts You will work closely with the MAS/SFC and regional governing bodies to ensure updates and changes to regulations are pro-active / implemented across the group
Requirements 3 - 7 PQE Lawyers will have training ideally in a reputable law firm and ideally in a regulatory / TMT...
