Legal Counsel - Reynosa

The main responsibilities are:

• Oversee legal and regulatory compliance related to IMMEX operations, including the correct handling of temporary imports/exports and coordination with customs brokers and trade compliance teams.


• Support corporate governance and certification programs, including documentation and processes necessary for maintaining special trade and operational authorizations


• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with internal policies and risk management standards across supply chain, procurement, and logistics functions.


• Advise on international trade matters, including rules of origin, customs valuation, and relevant free trade agreements (e.g., USMCA), in support of cross-border operations.
