We are looking for a Legal Counsel who will provide legal support in structuring financing projects in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the legal, financial, and tax soundness of Core Capital's investment structures in the United States.
Represent the company in key negotiations related to the financing of real estate projects in the U.S.
Prepare analyses on the impact of U.S. federal and state regulations on fund operations.
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts governed by U.S. law (loan agreements, guarantees, intercreditor agreements, security documents).
Provide legal advice on matters related to projects, negotiations, contracts, and investments with regulatory implications in both Peru and the United States.
Coordinate with U.S. counsel, tax advisors, and financial institutions throughout the transaction process.
