Job Description

Our client is massive Power generation and Energy Savings projects developer

The role requires a Legal Counsel for their Corporate office based in Saudi Arabia
Provide legal guidance to the business in a timely, proactive, and commercially relevant manner, addressing contractual, statutory, and regulatory matters.

Collaborate closely with clients in business units to understand objectives, business drivers, and anticipate current and future legal needs.

Engage with all entities within the group Legal division to ensure the quality of expertise across various legal areas related to project development, design, construction, operation, and financing.

Contribute to the development of intricate contractual arrangements (investment, BOT, BOO, Islamic financing) covering the entire scope of the group’s businesses.
