Legal Counsel

The Attorney acts as advisor on legal issues pertaining to the organization. Reviews legal data and advises organization on appropriate legal action to be taken.
# General Responsibilities

+ Assist with a variety of legal matters


+ Assists with interpreting laws, rulings and regulations for the company


+ Participates in research, anticipating and guarding company against legal risks


+ Assists in preparing legal documents, policies and contracts, accurately and in a timely manner


+ Stay inform about current legislation, especially concerning legal specialties
# Experience / Qualifications

+ A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.


+ Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
