Job Summary

The Job

As a member of the in-house legal team, you will be working on several complex transactions involving real estate acquisitions, development and divestments. This would involve structuring based on legal requirements and to achieve tax efficiency, M&A transactions, joint ventures, and general advisory work. Our in-house counsels provide legal expertise and a seamless integrated service across our offices in Singapore and other countries (e.g. China, US, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Japan, Australia). You will counsel and strategically collaborate with our business partners in Singapore and overseas to minimize risk, creatively solve problems, contribute to cost-saving initiatives and resolve disputes, while achieving the company’s business goals.
