Legal Counsel

A leading international hospitality and real estate group is looking to appoint a Legal Counsel to join its regional legal team based in Singapore. The role supports hotel and branded real estate developments across APAC, with exposure to development, asset management, financing, and operational matters.
This is a transaction-heavy role suited for a commercially minded real estate / projects lawyer who enjoys working on complex cross-border deals in a dynamic, owner–operator environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal support on hotel and branded real estate developments across multiple jurisdictions in APAC
Advise on transaction structuring, confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, and deal execution
Draft and negotiate management agreements, franchise agreements, branded residential agreements, and related documentation
Support acquisitions, disposals, ground leases, development agreements, and related due diligence
