Legal Counsel

Opportunity for a Senior / Legal Counsel to support corporate transactions, strategic investments, and large-scale projects across Asia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and strategic investments
• Provide end-to-end legal support across the transaction lifecycle
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial and project agreements
• Advise business units on legal, contractual and regulatory risks in complex transactions
• Support project development initiatives across infrastructure and energy-related investments
• Liaise with external counsel and advisors across multiple jurisdictions
• Provide practical, commercially-focused legal advice aligned with business objectives
