Legal Counsel

Ninja Van Legal Team wishes to bring on board a commercially‑savvy Legal Counsel to augment the legal team's capacity. This counsel is expected to be a self‑motivated individual, pro‑active communicator and able to work in the Ninja Van Subang, Malaysia office on legal matters for business units in Singapore. He or she is expected to handle commercial and procurement contracts and manage and resolve disputes.

Job Descriptions:

• Reviewing and advising on NDAs and commercial and procurement contracts in accordance with the Group Contracting Policy.
• Advise on and manage complex tenders.
• Handle and advise on disputes, litigation and arbitration with customers and suppliers.
• Legal research and advice on regulatory matters.
• Candidate is expected to work on other legal matters and support in legal department operations as assigned from time‑to‑time.
