Legal Counsel

Our client is a Canadian life insurance organization specializing in annuity solutions for pension plans, associations, and individuals. With a strong market presence and continued expansion, the company is well-positioned for long-term success.

They are seeking a Legal Counsel to join their Legal and Compliance team on an 18-month contract. Reporting to senior legal leadership, this role provides broad legal support across the organization’s operations and contributes to regulatory compliance initiatives. The position offers exposure to cross‑functional teams including sales, actuarial, operations, investments, risk, and finance.
