Legal Counsel – Legal Affairs Join our Legal Affairs team and play a key role supporting major infrastructure, energy, and environmental projects across Canada. As Legal Counsel, you will directly influence business outcomes by guiding contract strategy, mitigating risk, and supporting impactful projects that shape communities nationwide.

Your Impact

Provide legal support for the negotiation, drafting, and interpretation of complex contracts across ERI and E&E sectors

Deliver timely, practical legal advice to project teams throughout the full project lifecycle

Advise internal stakeholders on legal, commercial, and risk‑related matters

Draft and review legal documents, including contract templates and client agreements

Support bid processes by reviewing RFPs and contributing to service proposals

Assess project risks and present findings to internal risk committees for approval
