Legal Counsel /Senior Legal Counsel

Our client a leading commercial business operating across the Infrastructure, energy, resources, transport, defence and building and construction sectors is seeking a legal counsel to join its growing legal team.
 
Reporting to the Legal Director, this role will involve:
 

Providing strategic commercial and legal advice on major infrastructure projects across a number of sectors including transport, renewables and resources

Reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts

Drafting precedent suites of commercial agreements relevant to the infrastructure market

Providing advice on contractual dispute resolution procedures

 
Key Requirements: 
 

Ideally a minimum of 5-8years PQE gained either from a renowned private practice or In-house organisation
