Job Description

Overview A large group company in Dubai is looking to expand their legal team with a senior lawyer to focus on M&A and JVs 
The business has a diverse portfolio and is extremely active in acquiring companies and setting up JVs with global brands. 
Key requirements 10 + PQE 
Must be common law qualified 
Must have significant Corporate M&A and JVs experience 
Ideally have worked at a top international law firm 
Ideally have experience with acquiring / establishing JVs with Tech businesses 
This role is open to candidates already based in the UAE or overseas and willing to relocate.
