A large group company in Dubai is looking to expand their legal team with a senior lawyer to focus on M&A and JVs

Description:

The business has a diverse portfolio and is extremely active in acquiring companies and setting up JVs with global brands.

Key requirements:

• 10 + PQE
• Must be common law qualified
• Must have significant Corporate M&A and JVs experience
• Ideally have worked at a top international law firm
• Ideally have experience with acquiring / establishing JVs with Tech businesses
