Principal Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end documentation process: drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and filing CDEA, ISDA/CSA, and related regulatory initial margin documents. Negotiate the full suite of Reg IM documentation, including bilaterals, Account Control Agreements (ACAs), and Eligible Collateral Schedules (ECS). Negotiate the full suite of repo documentation, including MRAs, SIFMA cleared repo documentation, and ECS.
