We are seeking a dedicated Legal Executive to join our team at SSRV Holdings Sdn Bhd in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. As a Legal Executive, you will play a vital role in providing legal support and assistance to our legal department. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the legal team in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Conducting legal research and providing summaries and recommendations to the legal team
• Maintaining and updating the company's legal records and databases
• Liaising with clients, external counsel, and other stakeholders on legal matters
• Supporting the legal team in various administrative tasks, such as file management and document organisation
• Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
