Legal Executive

Job Requirements:
1. Contract Review & Drafting
Assist in reviewing, drafting, and formatting commercial agreements, including but not limited to Customer Agreements, Partner Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Subcontracting Agreements, Tenancy Agreements, and related documentation.
Conduct first-level contract review to: identify missing clauses or inconsistencies, ensure completeness of attachments and schedulesm, align agreements with internal templates and standard positions.
2. Legal Research & Advisory Support
Conduct legal and regulatory research as assigned and prepare concise summaries where required.
Assist in monitoring and reviewing regulatory developments relevant to the business.
Support the Legal Manager in preparing internal advisories, guidance notes, and briefing materials.
3. Compliance & Governance Support
Assist in maintaining compliance documentation, internal policies, and corporate governance records.
