Job Description

As an **OGC Ford Champ** , you will be responsible for supporting the legal department in corporate governance, contract management, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and local regulations.
**What you´ll do:**
**Legal Reporting:** Generate and maintain legal reports, dashboards, and metrics to track the status of pending matters and departmental KPIs.
**Internal Control & Compliance:** Support internal control processes related to supplier due diligence and the verification of legal documentation.
**Contract Drafting:** Assist in the drafting, review, and editing of various legal documents, including service agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and amendments.
