-To maintain matter with Land Scouters/ Brokers for Land Acquisition
-Survey of Location of Plot

-Boundary fixing of plot

-To attend to conveyance matters

-To attend to Municipal assessment matters

-To gather information about tenants such as Voters Id, Ration Card etc

-To make documents of tenants purchase/ society redevelopment/ plots/ flats

-To be able to search and ascertain property title at talati/ thelsidar/ stamp duty/ city civil/ High Court/ To check 7/ 12, Mutation Entry/ PR Card/ DP Remarks etc.

-To be able execute deals independently for new acquisitions

-Preparing, updating weekly reports on status of acquisitions

-To be able to search for documents regarding acquisition at courts, government offices, solicitor offices

-To be able to make title flow of property/ lands etc

-To coordinate between solicitors, advocates, legal consultants
