Legal Intake Specialist

Support a World Class Intake Operation by ensuring every lead is captured, properly evaluated, documented, followed up on, and moved efficiently toward sign-up or appropriate disposition. The Intake Specialist plays a critical role in protecting marketing spend, improving conversion, and delivering an exceptional first impression of the firm.

The Intake Specialist is the first point of contact for potential clients and referral sources. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound intake communications, gathering accurate case information, qualifying leads according to firm criteria, scheduling sign-ups, and ensuring complete and timely documentation in the firm's intake system.

This position is process-driven, metrics-focused, and client-centered. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, empathy, and consistency.
