Legal Intern

Job Responsibilities

As a Legal Intern, you will:

• Conduct legal research on various topics related to corporate law, intellectual property, labor and employment, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and corporate policies.
• Manage and organize legal files, records, and databases.
• Review and classify documents for record-keeping purposes.
• Support preparations for Data Privacy Training.
• Assist in drafting DPO materials.
• Support ad hoc projects and perform other assigned tasks, as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Students of Legal Management, Government Affairs, Political Science (or a related course)
• Must be available to work onsite at least five (5) days per week at One Ayala, Makati
