Legal Intern

Your role

• Assist on the legal coverage for Multi Family Office and Private Banking business;
• Draft letters and notices to clients and regulatory bodies;
• Interact with other departments across the bank, including teams located in other jurisdictions, to understand and bring solutions to legal demands;
• Provide administrative support by handling internal legal requests and assisting the legal team with day‑to‑day operations and tasks;
• Assist on the review of service agreements, contractual amendments, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with current regulations and searching for legal theory and case law in the areas of financial and capital markets;
• Prepare presentations, memos and internal reports;
• Track deadlines, filings and document workflows to ensure timely follow‑up.
