Responsible For

Based in Sorocaba and reporting to the LATAM Labor Legal Manager, you will be involved in the daily routine of the legal department, focusing on the following activities:

• Monitoring legal publications through the case management system (Pro Juris);
• Maintaining internal litigation controls;
• Supporting the Labor Lawyer with the management of external law firms handling labor lawsuits;
• Managing the schedule of hearings and expert examinations;
• Requesting documentation required for the preparation of labor defenses and performing critical analysis of received documents;
• Drafting legal documents in general, such as Extrajudicial Notices and responses to Official Letters;
