Legal Manager

Lead and manage Honor´s legal department in Colombia at the national level to ensure compliance with all national and international laws and regulations and contribute to the safe and secure growth of the mobile phone business. The Legal Manager will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing all legal and regulatory compliance aspects of the company in Colombia, ensuring that operations are conducted within the law, protecting the company's interests, and acting as a strategic partner for the business.
What do you need to be successful in this position?
• Provide proactive and strategic legal advice to senior management and various business areas on laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations in Colombia and internationally.
• Conduct research and stay updated on changes in Colombian legislation, especially in areas such as commercial, corporate, consumer, labor, telecommunications, data protection, e-commerce, and intellectual property law.
