Job Description

From strong real estate, hotel, or hospitality organizations.

Experience in drafting legal notices, contracts, and handling court appearances for litigation

Strong knowledge of real estate laws, contract law, commercial law, and compliance.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Experience dealing with government authorities and regulatory bodies

Provide legal advice on all real estate matters, including land acquisition, due diligence, title verification, and property documentation.

Review and draft legal opinions for new land parcels, ongoing projects, and investment opportunities.
