Legal Manager

In partnership with our client a diversified business group based in the UAE we are seeking a Legal Manager to lead the in‑house legal function, provide strategic legal counsel and ensure the business operates with full compliance, commercial clarity and strong governance across all its verticals. If you are a seasoned legal professional with deep commercial law expertise and the leadership presence to match we want to meet you.

• You are a qualified legal professional with over 10 years of experience, including at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• You are deeply experienced in corporate and commercial law, contract drafting and negotiation, and real estate and property transactions.
• You are a strategic thinker who can assess legal risk before it becomes a business problem and provide clear, commercially grounded advice to leadership.
