Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate licensing agreements, content acquisition deals, talent/vendor contracts, and partnership agreements with OTT flair.
Ensure copyrights, trademarks, and media rights are watertight. You'll be the guardian of our intellectual property empire.
Keep us aligned with PEMRA, SECP, FIA Cyber Laws, SBP payments regulations, data protection laws, and global best practices.
