- Provide legal advice and handle legal matters relating to sales, marketing, after sales operations, logistic, product compliances, HR, admin and internal support functions
- Provide govt relations support which may impact on Xiaomi Philippines business
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of contracts
- Review marketing material and retail marketing campaigns
- Communicate and liaise with government, regulatory and/or local authorities
- Handle legal disputes and consumer claims, including manage external counsels
- Assist in further development of Legal & Compliance team
Job requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in law from an accredited university
- Qualified lawyer with at least 6 years PQE in Philippines
- Excellent communication in English (written and oral), cross-cultural skills and interpersonal skills. Experience working with stakeholders across all levels of organiza...
