Job Description

Responsibilities:
Second in command to the Associate Vice President (AVP)
Day-to-day administration of the Luxembourg companies in compliance with legal requirements
Provide support to the deal teams at the various stages of the investments for the credit strategies
Drafting and/or review of the relevant documentation and supervision of the administration of all Luxembourg companies
Review and/or draft of contracts, agreements, reports
Drafting and/or review of any kind of documents prepared internally or by service provider and ensure their compliance with local law requirements
Take care of Luxembourg or foreign compliance enquiries (know-your-customer or beneficial ownership requests)
Shareholders: review and/or drafting of all the documentation for shareholders’ general meetings including convening notices, proxies, minutes
